✅ Microlearning is the way to go! Keep your study sessions short and frequent throughout the day. Aim for 3-4 brief sessions (10-30 minutes each) in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
✅ Take breaks! It's totally fine to take one or two days off each week to relax and recharge. Giving your brain a break helps you absorb the material better when you come back to it. 🌿
✅ Think of your brain like a sponge. If you dunk a sponge in a big bucket of water all at once, it gets saturated and can’t hold much more. But if you let it dry a little, it can soak up more later. Your brain works in a similar way—small bits of information throughout the day are the most effective! 🧠💧
